jWash — Car Wash Management Platform
Built a multi-tenant SaaS platform for car wash businesses, giving each business a public storefront with services and pricing, an online booking flow with real-time availability, and an owner dashboard covering services, hours, team, customers, vehicles, and bookings. The platform is live in production and handles authentication, scheduling, and customer/vehicle management for multiple independent businesses on a shared, secure infrastructure.

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Deployment
Deployed a Citrix XenServer and Citrix Provisioning-based virtual desktop infrastructure to enable fully virtualized client workstations through centralized image delivery and vDisk provisioning. Integrated the environment with a Windows Server domain controller to enforce administrative policies through Group Policy and implemented a pfSense-based firewall to secure and control network traffic across the platform.
